Absolutely love the atmosphere, the staff is super friendly and they’re always creating new challenges for members to participate in. The members are super welcoming and the studio is always kept clean. I have never loved a gym more or have attended a gym as consistently as I have Hotworx! The results aren’t only reflected in a scale but you can see the physical changes in the way your body tones up, builds up endurance and handles stress. It never gets boring! I started with doing the poses with accommodations and lower temps (120f-125f) and started challenging myself (126f-130f) with harder poses. You will see the difference not only in your physical body but also in your mentality with your ability to handle the heat and workouts. I highly suggest you give it a chance!

Absolutely love this place!! Emily is the absolute best and has helped me with SO much I couldn’t be more thankful! All of the staff are helpful and always friendly. If you’re looking for a place to feel comfortable in and feel the BEST, this is the place to be.
