Great lifters gym. Clean with a good selection of free weights, machines, and equipment. Never have an issue waiting on a machine/station like I've experienced at other gyms.

Hi, everyone - This is a great, spacious gym with a lot of room and a lot of equipment! At *first* glance, it may *seem* like a gym for serious lifters :-) and it definitely has all the right equipment for that (e.g., multiple squat racks and multiple benches). BUT: it also has a full complement of machines and enough cardio machines. Women are treated very respectfully: a number of LEOs and other first responders work out here (there is a firehouse across the street). 10/10 would recommend.

Love Elm Street Gym! The equipment is top notch & Christy Grimes, one of the trainers on staff, is the best! I’ve grown so much stronger working with her! I live in Rogers where there are closer gyms but I drive to Springdale!

I have recently just moved to Arkansas and I wanted to go to a gym that was old school and very well rounded with equipment and this gym definitely provides that. Highly recommend this place. Best gym I’ve been to so far.

Awesome gym, new equipment, owners are professional and friendly. They listen to their customers suggestions to make the gym even better. Is ready for any level of workout (if you ask me). Best part is, open 24/7 !!!!! Don't wait any longer, come join the Elm Springs Gym crew!!!

Nice little gym, has everything I could think of that I need. The kind of gym that feels like home and doesn’t have long waits for equipment. Sweet and simple and definitely love that they are open 24 hours a day so I can workout whenever my schedule allows.
