Val is awesome!!

I have really enjoyed working out at HOTWORX. I have gained so much strength and confidence the 3 months I have been a member.

I love working out at HOTWORX definitely it’s helping me out along this months to get my goals

Does not care about you! Forget if you have to talk to Val the manager, she could care less based off my experience and a couple other people I have talked to in HOTWORX and also people who have cancelled based off the bad experiences they consistently had. I talked to a lady today and she couldn’t make it in the door, she said she consistently has issues with her app and getting in the door. If you have to get ahold of Val, you will get voicemail and she won’t help one bit. There are employees and people who go in there and see the mad customers consistently over her not helping or simply answering! Yet she is the one who cancels your account or changes anything on your account. I will tell everyone I know not to go here now.

I called because I wanted to freeze my account & I told the person I spoke to I wanted it frozen until March. Turns out you still get a 10$ fee every month even if it's froze, and on top of that they choose how long your account is frozen for. If you do not specify, they will just assume you want it frozen for only one month and then continue to charge your card, YET they don’t bother to ask how long either.Please READ THE CONTRACT, AND IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT CANCEL IT AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO CANCEL.heres why, apparently even if you want to cancel, the contract still forces you to pay for not 1 but TWO more extra months, even though you dont want the membership anymore….I don’t know about you but this sounds greedy to meWhen I tried speaking to the general manager Valerie about cancelling she was passively ignoring me & did not bother to help. Their hours are also wrong on the website so don’t bother to go in on Saturdays because no one will be there.Call ahead just to make sure and don’t waste your time.I also tried asking about a student discount because I found out they had one and the person I spoke to didn’t even know what they were talking about. She said they did have a student discount, then she said they didn’t….. Also some months they charged me 65$ and some other months they charged me 59.00$This company is just greedy all around. Save your money

10 out of 10, best location!! Caitlyn is amazing and got me all signed up and made sure everything was understood!

It's a great workout every time! I never leave without being drenched, and the sauna is so helpful when it comes to preventing sore muscles.

Great place to workout and burn calories!
