Today was my first time going there I was greeted buy 2 very nice girls very professional and helpful.they explained everything to me.i felt very comfortable there.i did the Pilates and yoga class very intense, But I enjoyed it.very clean also.I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a member for almost 7 months. I was skeptical at first but needed to do something since arthritis in my knees made me quit running. The infrared is no joke. The pain in my knees is gone. I don’t wear a knee sleeve any more. My joints feel great. And the workouts are very challenging. The staff is great. Very friendly and they do a great job of keeping everything clean. Think about all that nasty sweat and BO that you should see and smell. But you don’t because they do an amazing job. I’m hooked and I’m a fit 51 year old. I enjoy it so much that I don’t know if I’ll ever run again simply because the HIIT workouts really get my heart rate up more than running did. Thank you Hotworx!

I loooooooove HOTWORX. It’s the best gym I’ve been at in NWA. Cardio and weights and other classes are all awesome!!!! I could go on and on. It’s good for you skin, mental health, and body. And the staff is incredible!

I cannot say enough about this facility. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and always willing to help! And the saunas, lobby, FX area, and bathrooms are super clean. I could not recommend Springdale Hotworx enough!!!

Such a great personal yoga studio experience. Only drawback is its basically the same video every time you go if you always choose the same class. But I just bring my iPad and do my own yoga! It's a personal sauna (typically 120-125°) that fits up to 2 people at a time. You buy their mat and towel ($100) and pay a monthly membership ($50), but they always have enrollment deals going on!!!
