When I signed up, I told them I lived in rogers and really wouldn't be using the springdale location and they still insisted in signing me up at the harber location. So now just to downgrade to just my location I have to pay $99 pay more fees also submit a 60 day cancelation form, PLUS go back and resign up at the rogers location and pay their entry fees. It's so easy to upgrade but a major hassle to downgrade when this should have been explained more in the beginning. I get it's probably commission based, but don't say less just for a sale. If I say I live in rogers and won't be coming to springdale, then tell me to sign up at my "home" location. It's just shady..UPDATE***Manager Kendra took care of me in the end and made this experience and ease of switching home locations a breeze. Kendra you and Brandi are amazing!!
