Orange Theory - is an excellent option if you prefer group training over working out alone. Classes combine strength, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).Highly recommend taking Coach Dana or Alan’s class!

Great coaches that encourage you in your fitness journey and guide you on technique and form to prevent injuries! And the rascals you end up working along side become your community!

Workouts are always different and challenging. There is a tendency to focus heavy on lower body. Would like to see more of a balance for total body. My studio is always too hot and humid because the coaches are cold.
