Wonderful place to work out but they either keep the air set way too high in the summer or it’s not working. I don’t mind sweating from a good workout but the last few visits it’s been like a sauna upstairs on track and in weight area.

Jennifer the manager was very hateful to me. Will not be visiting here again. This place needs new management. I really hope this fitness center can get some great new management or they will start to lose members.

Very clean and reasonable rates. Tony and James were very helpful in getting me signed up here and are always great at answering any questions. Would definitely recommend stopping by and taking a tour if you're interested.

Machines are plentiful for whatever you choose to work on...desk people friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Love coming here we got a different insurance but can still come here. A lot of the senior health care insurance pay for gym access.

I enjoy the water aerobics classes, usually four mornings in a row. There are many other classes in the facility. If Interested, you can go and tour the gym and pool, find out the cost, and get a copy of the class schedules v

The pool is just the right temperature. There is someone always cleaning the area. The ability to be in the pool moving my painful back and other joints, is making it a little easier to move around on dry land. Thanks! I appreciate you.
