Genesis Health Clubs - Springfield North

I enjoy coming to the north side gym. Everyone at the gym are friendly and get to know you and your family. They have a great kids play area limited hrs bur my kids love it.

I love the welcome feeling every time when I walk in the door. Also all the different classes the gym offer was amazing. My favorite is Friday night Combat and Monday night tone. The instructors are amazing. Also as a mom of two kids the childcare is awesome and the staff are amazing

I'm only in town for a few weeks for my work and glad I found this facility! Jeff and the entire staff were very friendly and made the process as effecient as possible. The equipment is clean and no long lines. Overall would highly recommend!

I LOVE this gym. I always heard that the North side location was better, and thought there's no way. For me, it's perfect. Small, efficient equipment placement, and seems to have everything that the south side location doesn't, and the "Neon" lights give it an amazing vibe!

amazing gym, definitely get those 80s American Gladiator vibes when i walk into this gym. neon lights are a nice touch to this old school bodybuilder equipment. highly recommend this gym.

The employees are always rude. I don’t think I have ever been here a single time without there being some problem. You can’t work out if you are under 18 for some reason. The sauna has been broken for 4 weeks and they promised to fix it in 1 week. If you are wanting a good and pleasant workout, I much recommend that you go to the South Genesis as it is much more happier from the staff and their is a pool, hot tub, and more equipment. Along with a steam room. I will go to that one exclusively from now on.

Stopped in from out of town and found this gym clean and well equipped. I think I lucked out stopping by in the afternoon when it was dead because I imagine the smallish free weight area getting packed if a few others had been there to work out. $15 day pass is on the high side for what you get but that wouldn't stop me from coming back.

The Genesis North crew are great, especially personal trainer Travell. He is highly knowledgeable and works with each client at their individual pace and health situations. He keeps workouts fresh with new mixes of movements. I have never left feeling unchallenged or unheard. His positive demeanor and energy is really helpful for putting me at ease when the anxiety of facing a hard workout.The facilities are typically well cleaned and picked up, unless it's during typical rush times.Constructive feedback would be directed at management to improve some of the speed of maintenance for equipment in the building. Seemingly small instances of poor equipment maintenance is perceived as a bigger problem to those using them regularly. Lastly, there are some remaining vestiges of the gym's previous ownership that could be removed or updated for a fresh look.Overall I have really enjoyed my time at this gym training with Travell.

I just went to sign up today and was greeted with friendly people all around me!! They have so many benefits including childcare and the kids room is great! They have activities for them occasionally which is amazing! My kids loved everyone which made me feel so much more comfortable. I met the manager of this one and she was great! Showing me around explaining everything. I definitely feel like I just found my gym family!

I love this gym. It's my second home. The staff is amazing. They treat me like a person not a dollar sign. Tyler and Travell are always very helpful and friendly...and hilarious! I bring my daughter to the day care and the staff are always professional and caring. I look forward to coming to this gym, it's a safe, no drama, no judgement place and I love my gym family
