This place is great, I joined before they even opened. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There's a variety of workouts to chose from and the convenience of being able to come 24hrs is great too.My Cons are more for Hotworx itself and not specific to the actual Springfield location. The only reason I am listing them is so that anyone not familiar with Hotworx is aware.1) It would be nice if the workouts for each session (especially the HIIT classes) had a little more variety. They update every few months but if you like to go to the same session on a regular basis you could be doing that specific workout every time you go for a few months. I wish that they alternated between two workouts so that you could do two back to back and have different workouts or even come at a different time of day to get a different workout.2) the apps you have to use are very "buggy", you have an app for the door and then an app to schedule/record your workouts on and I frequently have issues with at least one one them.

UPDATE I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW TO FIVE stars instead of four because honestly the manger seems like she cares more then any manager of a fitness place I have ever met. She called me after my four stars and the music has improved since then with being loud.I have also met her in person and she just seems like a good person who truly cares. Good customer service is hard to come buy anymore. She is very young but very motivated to have things right. It is a good place that is 24/7 and nice to use. I would miss having it in my life if it weren’t there or available, but I am going to give a honest review. I use it for hot that mostly and a few 15 minute blast classes as well. I feel great after. If you are looking for a peaceful yoga experience this is not for you. The music inside of the gym, that is outside of your sauna room is usually extremely loud. It’s usually hip hop which to me is not relaxing as I am trying to meditate in yoga. Even with the yoga room instructor turned all the way up I can still here it. I am in my late 30’s, but it feels like it’s more of a 20 year old environment. Everyone is super nice who work out there but it is just not a relaxing yoga experience. Great workout, yes! They only have 1 shower. I have been a member for 2 weeks and yet have had a change to use it. Towels are not provided so bring your own. The yoga mat and towel cost me around 84 dollars which was a little steep, but for 59 a month 24/7 I am still pleased. The establishment is clean and does not smell at all. They provide wipes and essential oil spray. Parking is limited but they have empty lots near the store. On the weekends people tend to bring kids and make them wait outside of the sauna rooms which is also not relaxing because you can hear them being kids right outside the door. Any phone games, etc can be heard very well from outside your door while you exercise video is going. Overall a lot of perks. If they turned down the music, addressed the kiddo issue, put another shower in the second bathroom, and made it a little more relaxing near the yoga rooms, I would give it 5 stars. I definitely would not not recommend it for a peaceful normal hot yoga experience. I would however recommend it for a great workout.

This place is awesome! The staff are welcoming and informative. The facilities are immaculate. The workouts are for ANY fitness level. The benefits of the infrared energy and heat are no joke. I am over 60 with arthritis, not only do I get a great work-out, but I get symptom relief.
