Been a student at SFC for a year. Every coach cares about every student, and their improvement. The gym is full of great people who are family. For self defense, exercise, or fighting, Springfield Fight Club is the best in the 417.

I joined fight club just to get a good workout in. Quickly I realized the positive impact it was making on my physically & mentally. I found a new confidence in myself that has translated on & off the mat! The coaches & students are so welcoming & make the gym feel like a second home. You won’t regret joining the SFC family 👊🏻 …

As a female with no martial arts background, I felt immediately welcomed. Those who train here have varying levels of motivation: MMA/BJJ enthusiasts, trained fighters, or just learning self defense with a great kickboxing workout. Everyone is very respectful and the community dynamic is really quite moving. The coaches have a heart to help everyone at each level.

So I'm am completely new to the world of jujitsu and kickboxing, but the staff was super helpful and more than willing to work with you. They were very patient and willing to show me things as many times as I needed. Everyone in the class was super encouraging and friendly! By the time I left I had the impression that everyone in that building just wants to help you be the best you possible. I can't wait to go back tonight!
