April is an amazing trainer, she help me to loose not only pounds but at lot of inches! Now I feel more confident, energized and stronger! Her nutrition plan is easy to follow and the workout are short but very efficient! No more spending hours and hours in the gym. I don’t really leave reviews but she deserve a 5 starts..

April Snow has provided me with the knowledge, guidance and encouragement to quite literally change my life for the better. I was in a space, at 57 years old and very unfit, where I wanted to level up. April walked me thru doing just that. She is remarkably knowledgeable about the body: strength training, conditioning and nutrition as well as coaching for the mental strength needed to make positive and lasting changes. It's been a physical and mental challenge that April has helped me successfully navigate. If you're ready to step up, April will be there for you. I have lost 21" in just over 8 weeks, have stronger muscles, less weight, better balance, sleep more soundly and longer, have more mobility and no more joint pain. I can't recommend April highly enough.

April is an absolutely amazing and beautiful person! When I first came to the gym I was so overwhelmed by where to start, and luckily I got connected with April. The knowledge she shared with me enabled me to feel comfortable working out, knowing I’m doing it correctly and getting results. She not only helps build confidence within the gym, but in all aspects. I’ve learned to eat healthy and even found the courage to quit smoking because of her support. Even though I wasn’t able to work with again right away she’s still reached out checking up on me. Results don’t lie! Anyone would be lucky to gain knowledge and confidence with April, she’s a gem and I love her!

April is amazing! I lost 40 pounds while working with her, but more importantly I was able to gain muscle and strength back after multiple injuries and surgeries. She helped me work through the tough challenges with optimism and positivity! It helped me realize the negative self talk that runs through my head on a consistent basis. She is so knowledgeable about the body and nutrition! I love working with her and she is an amazing person!! If you want strength, endurance and to feel better about yourself… this is the girl for you!!!

My husband and I have had April as a personal trainer off and on for several years now. She knows her stuff! We have used her to lose weight, tone up, get stronger, get healthier, deal with side effects from health issues and improve our overall health and well-being. She understands the human body and its processes from the inside out. She knows when and how to push you to get the best results. She also understands injury and helped me recover from an injury. We intend to continue to use her. She is able to help anyone no matter what level they are at. We love April and highly recommend her!

I worked with April for weight management goals after trying to do it on my own without results. Being in my 40’s losing weight became very hard, but with her help I was ableto lose 50 lbs. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and makes every workout productive and fun. She always kept a close eye on my efforts and provided counsel and tips to make the most out of them. I have improved my physical, emotional and mental health and I feel like I’ve gained a friend! She’s an awesome trainer and I can’t recommend her enough!

April is fantastic trainer and one of a kind. She is very educated and trains holistically. From helping me build a nutrition plan to designing work outs, April has helped me meet my goals over and over again.I first started working with April when I realized I was pregnant for the third time. She designed safe and effective routines for me that helped me maintain fitness throughout my pregnancy. She checked in with me on my nutrition and helped me stay meet my nutritional needs. I 100% believe that my pregnancy and delivery went better than the previous two times because of my efforts with April.I continued to work with her postpartum. I had different needs and goals and April again adapted to train me exactly how I needed. She even helped me figure out workout routines I could do on my own at my house or at the gym.Life happens, bones break, and April ended up helping me rehab after injury and surgery. She did a better job helping me rehab than anyone else. I had less atrophy and fitness loss by working with April.April is amazing! You won’t regret working with her.

She is so knowledgeable about how the mind, body, and spirit all work together and uses her skills to help you achieve your weight loss and strengthening goals. She practices what she preaches and is relatable on so many levels because she is so down to earth and has had to persevere through her own trials. April challenges me to dig deep, both mentally and physically, to reshape the way I think, eat, feel, and move so that I can be the best version of myself.. and keep it that way! I quickly put my trust in her and by following the meal and exercise plan have seen lasting results. I feel so empowered! She is a great support and really knows her stuff!!
