Best box in town! All the trainers are amazing and personable. Going to the box in the highlight of my day, no one is a stranger, they treat you like family from day one.

I dropped into this gym about a month ago on my way across the country.Things I loved:The space is nice (AC!)The staff was very friendly.Super fun workout. (DT building in weight and with DUs each round)Thing that could be improved:Class got off to a slow roll (people coming in at various times)No introductions or hellos from members in the classCoach was pretty quiet and there was a lot going on so it was loud and tough to hear her at times. There wasn't any sort of technical review of movements or coaching on them (we had DUs, DLs, HPCs, and PJs in the workout, so lots of technical and heavy movements.) This was my main complaint about the class. Not a big deal if you know what you're doing, but I would be disappointed if I was a member trying to make technical improvements.Overall, the coaches were very friendly, it was a really fun and challenging workout, and it was a great stop after 8+ hours in the car.
