Dream Come True: My husband and I are getting fitter and stronger with just 20 minutes of exercise a week! Arms, chest, legs, abs and back all get worked to their personalized max. Our personal trainer, George, is a delightful family man who keeps us motivated to show up and do our best while making sure we don’t have any injuries. The results are amazing. If you’re short on time but want the benefits of a weekly workout I highly recommend this!

George was amazing. We had our first session today and he was so patient, kind, and encouraging. I didn’t feel stupid or embarrassed or pressured to buy. Real genuine guy and what seems like a fantastic workout. Other clients we ran into raved about it and their results! So excited to go back!

Fit20 has changed my life. In my 70’s, I am so much stronger, more agile, and my zest for life has been renewed. I have made wonderful friends and, as a bonus, I have lost weight. This is a fantastic program.

This "chore" is just not one! Tanner is an amazing coach and even better than that he is an amazing human. He wants me to be better and it shows. Every week is more challenging than the last but as a result Every week my body is stronger and I feel better than I have for years!!! And if I can do it I will say that you can too. When I first came across Fit20, I thought it was a total fantasy! Fit in 20 minutes a week, if only! But after only a few workouts I truly knew this was the real deal. When I leave after my 20 minute workout I feel like I have been working out for hours, I am completely spent. This seems to be the way everyone feels too as I often chat with others as they leave. I have now been doing a once a week session for eight months and I completely love it. I never miss, in fact if I am traveling, I always schedule a make up session before I go. I am so much stronger I can hardly believe it. I can do way more lifting of heavy items in my daily life, I have tons more confidence in my abilities physically and I can see big changes in the muscles of my arms and legs. Everyone who works out here leaves with a smile on their faces, in part because of the awesome workout they got but also because it is such a friendly and positive atmosphere. Tanner is another gigantic reason everyone is smiling. He is the best coach, he’s funny, encouraging and totally engaging to be around! I have also made several new wonderful friends here and that’s a nice bonus! Come give Fit20 a try, you won’t be sorry, in fact it will probably change your life like it has mine and so many others!
