Fusion MMA & Jiu Jitsu

Coach Jen's women's classes have become my favorite jiu jitsu classes! It's a great family environment I love that my husband and I both get to train together and bring our son to watch. Whether you are looking to improve your physical fitness, learn self defense, or compete in martial arts this is the gym you want to be at!

It’s the best gym I’ve ever work out at, been there for years and it’s my second home , I’ve worked out at every gym in California but this will always be my home, much love and respect!

My wife and I enrolled our daughter in classes several years ago, but it was my wife that ended up falling in love with the sport. In that time she has happier and healthier than I have seen in 11 years.The quality of instruction can't be matched. The team at this gym are focused on one thing - helping everyone they engage with achieve things beyond their own goals. They're humble enough to regularly invite outside instructors in to provide a well rounded experience.The first time that I met the owners of this gym, I had a 20 minute conversation with them about my wife's training. They knew her better than some of her oldest friends. I believe that building a relationship with someone plays a vital role in the rate of growth and this is something they have mastered.Fusion teaches using strategies and techniques that make me feel like milestones are hit with every class. They provide a service that cannot be replicated.It doesn't matter what your skill level is... they will welcome you to the family and are equipped to take you beyond the next level.

Aaron and his family have worked very hard to provide St George the best martial arts school for families and martial arts athletes. I have traveled to over 40 states in the last 4 years and observed and participated in hundreds of schools along the way, and there were less than 20 schools which stood out as the best in my opinion. Fusion is one of those schools. Thank you Aaron for having us and making us feel welcome. We will miss Fusion!

I thought I’d come on here and leave a review since I see some one stars that are clearly from people that are extremely bitter and want to drag down an amazing business/gym. To say Aaron doesn’t pay attention to his students or doesn’t care is an absolute lie! I have been a student since I was 4 years old and have never been treated as anything less than family. I received world and national titles in different divisions because I received amazing training that to this day, I still have muscle memory from. I was put into martial arts at a young age by my mother wanting me to learn self defense because I was bullied growing up and I also had a sad home life from a family member that was consumed by drugs and alcohol. However, after 4 years, I was competing and it wasn’t just about self defense anymore. I truly LOVED IT! If you train here, you or your kids will feel love while learning self defense, jiu jitsu, kick boxing, etc… On top of self discipline and respect. Which will help kids in school and work for many years to come! You’ll be in the best shape of your lives and you will feel welcome 24/7. The Reis family are truly some of the kindest people you’ll ever met in my life. You will not regret going to Fusion or sending your kid there. You’re considered family the second you step foot on these mats. My life is changed forever because of this gym and I’d lay my life down by that fact.

I’m new to STG area and one of my previous coaches recommended Fusion MMA. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to shop around gyms. The coaches are great and everyone there is welcoming. My old gym had different type of training but the people at Fusion have been patient as I adapt to how they train. I’m Blessed to have a great gym to roll at🙌🙌.

I'm pretty new at Fusion but so far it's been a really cool experience. I was, and still am to some degree, a bit overwhelmed at how much there is to learn (and how bad I am as a beginner lol). Sometimes it seems like such a long road to competence, especially for someone starting the journey well into adulthood. I think it would be easier to get discouraged if it weren't for the excellent coaching and the overall positive environment in this gym. Coach Aaron and the other coaches keep things fun and positive, while still providing quality instruction. The members are friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and fairly large in size so there's always room for everyone. All the training partners I've rolled with are respectful and careful when it comes to safety. Overall very good experience. Great workout too! St. George is fortunate to have a gym like this.

I’ve attended this gym on and off over the course of many years from young child in Karate class to the Mma classes and whenever I go I’m always welcomed and treated with respect. Coach Aaron Reis is a great instructor who knows exactly what he is doing. He help each student when they are struggling to do a move. His students respect him very much for all he dose for them both in training and in life. The other instructors and staff are all nice and welcoming people who help the students be the best they can be. I will always recommend to anyone who is interested to learn MMA to attend Fusion MMA & Jiu Jitsu for there is no better place in all of St George Utah.

I have known Aaron ever since I visited there as a purple black belt from San Francisco all the way to black belt, for going on five years now. He is an example of a life-long martial artist and coach who has dedicated himself to the growth of himself and his students. His care and passion for students, the sport and the art of coaching are impeccable and second to none. He has personally opened his doors to my training and competition preparation when in town, along with allowing me to hone my teaching ability at seminars when I was beginning my career as a full time competitor and coach.

Aaron Reis and his wife Jen own this gym and let me tell ya, they are sooo awesome. They just know how to make someone feel welcome, always support their teammates to reach their goals, and have provided wonderful facilities to do so. They have great instruction times as well so whether it's getting in shape, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, or Jiu-Jitsu, come in here and enjoy what tons of people already are.
