Makenzi is an absolute rockstar. If you need a personal trainer, she’s your girl!! I’ve always been an active person, but used to shy away from weight training because it intimidated me and I have some joint issues that I was always scared of making worse. But working with Makenzi changed all of that that for me! Her detailed workout plans are easy to follow and incredibly effective—I noticed a huge difference in my muscle mass and strength after the first month of training with her. If I was having joint pain with any of the workouts she was always quick to help adjust my form or give me a different exercise that would be easier on my joints. After working with Makenzi I am not only in great shape, I also have full confidence in myself in the gym and lifting weights. Like I said, if you’re looking for a trainer, look no further, Makenzi is your girl!
