1st visit with Dayna was about accessing and then incorporating the right activities to get the most out of PTA, (pain, torture, and agony) we subject ourselves to in order reach our goals. There is much more to it than time and miles. Getting the most out of each hour and each mile is well worth it. If it’s worth the pain, it is certainly well worth the $ to do it right. Get together with Dayna and do it right.

Dayna has been awesome to work with! We met through her track program, Velocity Kids, which my kids have loved! From there I started working with her on my own running goals. She has helped me correct my form to run more efficiently as well as help me with strength, mobility, and future goals. Dayna is fun and energetic as well as encouraging. I would highly recommend Dayna at PR Performance Lab for anyone looking to improve their running!

Dayna is very knowledgeable in the running field. She knows how to help people run faster, heal from an injury, and cares about finding the root cause of why people have physical issues while running. I have an injury that I’m trying to heal, she gave me some toe exercises, exercises to strengthen my body and most of all hope that I can continue to do what I love. Run! She is a positive light in the running community. She helps adults and kids to run faster. Thanks Dayna!!! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️

I am 74 years old and I've recently been working with Dayna to improve my running. I must say, she really knows her stuff when it comes to the physics of running! She's been great at explaining how the body works and has helped me to stretch and strengthen my muscles. I feel like I'm in good hands with her guidance.Thank you, Dayna. I would recommend your service to everyone who wants to join this amazing sport of running.

I came into town from Las Vegas to see Dayna and am so glad I did! I was experiencing a lot of pain when running and I was referred to Dayna for a gait assessment. The process involved a history of my running career, an analysis of my flexibility, current problems I’m experiencing, how I warm up and other variables. I then started running on the treadmill at a comfortable pace. Dayna took videos while I ran and then showed me in slow motion, and in screenshots, very detailed looks at where I can improve. She gave me easy to remember and easy to follow cues to improve my form, and a package of stretches and strength exercises to do to support those changes. I’m excited for what’s to come in my running, and grateful for the insights Dayna was able to give!

I am a very experienced runner and found a ton of value in the performance lab. After analyzing my stride, balance, strength and mobility she gave me specific things to focus on while running and specific exercises to improve efficiency. I have no doubt anyone would benefit greatly from the experience. Dayna is super knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. Highly recommend!

VR Performance lab is the best. My kids have participated in Velocity Kids running for several seasons and they love it. Dayna is amazing with the kids and a wonderful coach. Running has improved their performance in multiple sports and we couldn’t be happier that we found this program.

Great experience, I’m so glad I signed up to this lab! Dayna is amazing, as a trainer and as a person. She made the process easy, very detailed and super fun! If you want to improve your performance, or even only understand how you run, Dayna is the right person to help. There are so many details while running that I didn’t know, and I’m already doing better and constantly improving. Sign up to her lab, you’ll not regret it!
