Pure Barre St. George has become a place I visit almost every day of the week. At first I saw this as a compliment to my other workout activities I was doing (strength training, OrangeTheory, The Hype, hiking, walking) and now the cardio aspect of my regimen compliments my strength training and pure barre sessions. As I have aged I understand the lower impact workouts with strength training has been what has helped me finally meet my goals of what I want my body to do for me. Pure Barre STG is a great place to incorporate low impact workouts with great benefits and with consistency your will see motivating changes to keep going. The community is truly amazing and I am so grateful for Abbi bringing Pure Barre to STG.

This is the place!!! For the first time my daughter and I have found a workout that we actually look forward to getting up for every morning at 5:30. Each day is different so we aren’t bored and the instructors, staff and the other members have been amazing. We can laugh and have fun while getting our butts in shape!!! Literally our butts!!!

A great community of people, and a tough workout. If you need a noon session they have it, unlike many places in town. Also, the workout is a great cross trainer for endurance athletes or for those who are trying to improve core strength, flexibility, and balance.

Pure Barre is a phenomenal studio with a variety of classes and times to chose from. The staff and instructors always go out of their way to greet you and make you feel at home. It’s a wonderful fitness studio with many themed days to help build a sense of community. I’ve been attending since they opened and couldn’t recommend them more!
