My husband and I have been going to Rachel for nearly two years. Rachel has an impressive understanding of the human body and designs workouts that specifically address our unique needs. Since we've been going to her her, we've noticed an increase in stamina, strength, and balance. We enjoy our outdoor hikes more and find it easier to climb stairs and work in the yard. An additional bonus is the positive mood boost that happens after every exercise session. As we approach retirement, we look forward to remaining very active thanks to Rachels training!

I have been going to Rachel for almost a year now, and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. I had just lost a significant amount of weight and was at a point where I needed to work on toning. I let her know what my goals were and we have been working on them ever since. I started with going two days a week and within the first few weeks I bumped it up to three times a week. If I could go daily I would. Rachel helps me with my form and makes sure I get the most out of every work out. Not only is Rachel a great trainer but she has become a friend, which makes training something I look forward to every week. I have more confidence and I know that my body is capable of more then I ever imagined. I can’t say enough good thing about what she has done for me.

I participated in Rachel’s 30 Day Challenge and within those 4 weeks, I learned more about myself, my body, and mind than I ever thought possible. I did this challenge 2 years ago and everything she offered has stuck with me to this day. it may sound real cheesy but it completely changed my outlook on nutrition and fitness. i’ve struggled with my relationship with food and working out for a long time. every other program i’ve done hasn’t stuck with me and hasn’t been sustainable. Rachel has shifted how I look at what i’m eating and my workouts in such a positive way! I understand my body and what it needs better than I ever have. I have been working out with Rachel for almost 2 years now. I have since recommended her to my friend and my son and they both workout with her! We all absolutely love her and how she has helped build strength, motivation and has taught us so much about exercise and weight lifting but also eating/ nutrition! Rachel is super knowledgeable with what she does. I have been super impressed! And a side note… she is so fun to be around! She makes working out fun!!
