I’ve had the benefit of receiving Eddy’s training routines over the last few months. Being an avid gym goer I was a bit skeptical. But eddy truly delivered! I’ve loved his exercises he suggests and they’ve definitely pushed me towards achieving my goals. Anyone looking to change their health or body composition, Ed is definitely someone who can help you!

Getting Ed to be a part of my effort to get healthy was the best choice I’ve made. He sets up my schedule and checks back regularly to give me encouragement and answer questions quickly. I was a bit concerned to use an app since I am older and haven’t had a good experience with most apps in the past. But after my first workout I caught on; it wasn’t hard at all! Even better, the app brings up my work out including all the information I need in one place— videos of the exercises, a place to record what I did and a place to send a message to Ed if I have a question. I can also track my progress with pictures and measurements. My menu for nutrition is all right there, too! I have to say, with all the great stuff this app does, knowing Ed is watching and I will need to be accountable is the best motivator I have to keep it up! I have more strength and energy than I have for a long time and am looking forward to continuing to see results!

Ed is really knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. His entire set up makes it easy to workout wherever and whenever you want which is super nice. I also really love that he takes the time to make meal plans tailored specifically to his clients. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone no matter what your personal goals are.
