My friend had a horrible experience in the gymnastics department. The instructor was incredibly rude and impatient with her 3 year old who was simply excitedto be there. She needs to be more patient with kids if she is going to work with them. It's unexcepable.

Beautiful gym. Only visited, but the facility looked great and the price for membership was very decent. They have a nice basketball court. We had a pickup game with some guys we met there.

We needed a shower after a week of playing in the red and white cliffs of Utah - hiking, camping and such and this place was clean, provided fluffy towels and there was a soap dispenser in the shower! Good price. Staff was nice. I will definitely go back for a shower!

This recreation center was exactly what we were looking for. It has several exercise rooms with many kinds of exercise equipment. They offer exercise classes like zumba and aerobics. The passes are very reasonably priced. We used a day pass …

Great facility! Their equipment is well kept and there's a good variety of things to do: raquetball courts, climbing wall, weight room, and aerobics classes throughout the day. The child care facility is inexpensive and the employees there take good care of the kids. My only disappointment is that the list of aerobics classes are fairly limited, and so are the hours for childcare. I definitely have to plan my day around the classes I want to take rather than fit them into my busy day.

We came into town for a girls trip and made a pit stop two mornings in a row to this rec center. It was amazing! The cost was so low for what you get in return. We took a Dance FIIT class (SOOOO FUN! The teacher really knows her stuff!), played racquetball both mornings, used the ellipticals, treadmills, and weight room, and even used this cool shaky machines that helps relieve pain in your joints! And this awesome metal “cage” helps stretch you out after a hard workout. We had an absolute blast!

It's remodeled, & a decent place to go as a family. They do need to deal with the kids that are in between like 8-10 yrs. They're not always something for them & they're not quite old enough to just be hanging day care & the older adult …

An older building, but the staff is on top of it. They're ready to help with anything you need. They run incredible kids programs. The gym has all the equipment you could need to get fit. Plus my membership covers childcare for two kids. It's a steal.

So I enrolled my daughter in the glass for karate and the instructor is okay. I quite frankly feel as if though he is just tiered of teaching and doesn't care very much about each student's in class any more. On top of all that, the people …
