My son has been doing crazy flips and jumps since he could walk and when we moved to St George I knew he needed Parkour training. I'm never going to stop him from jumping and moving, but teaching him technique might save his life and my sanity. Been going for a few weeks now and my son loves it. Jeremy and Corbin are amazing teachers and they have the right amount of firmness with a herd of young kids literally bouncing off the walls. It's fun to watch and totally mandatory if you have an extremely active kid. Highly recommended!
