This location is top notch for so many reasons, but the real reasons are the coaches and staff. You keep coming back for them, and they are always there for you. I’ve been to other locations around the metro, and this is the friendliest and feels like a local business.

Terrible franchise. Expect them to mess with your membership. Head coach Stephanie blocked me on IG when I never reached out to her, found out on studio page. Studio manager blocked my emails. Tried to cancel & sign up at different location & was blocked from so doing. I went on freeze & next day texted that maybe I couldn’t come back & they activated my account & canceled it without telling me. A few weeks later, I was told I had access (unknowingly) while my two paid weeks ran out but would not be reinstated. The corporate rule is you can’t cancel during a freeze & pretty sure proper communication is also involved. A hard no if you want any support or your paperwork not to be messed with, & Orangetheory is mostly franchises so you won’t find any support from the company but be told it’s individual franchise rights. Stay away. Know your owners. Some of the coaches are a nasty clique.

The coaches make it fun yet challenging. The classes vary, work all the muscle groups and, if needed, the coaches can adjust your workout if somethings bothering you. The best part is OTF Rock Hill is its own little tribe!

I recently moved to a new location and new state, which required me to move studios as well. I was a little worried about switching OTF studios but have been welcomed with open arms. Carol and her staff have been so sweet and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with this location!

I took time away from OT during the pandemic and, MAN, did I miss it! It feels great to get back in there and be challenged! I love the variety of the workouts and the coaches' specific guidance on how to do the exercises properly--for maximum benefit and no injury.

I love this place! I tried the free 1st class and was hooked. I signed up for the 4 sessions per month membership. That went really well, so I bumped up my membership to 8 sessions per month. The workout format is flexible enough to accommodate all fitness levels, and the trainers are all very nice and helpful. I burn 600-800 calories every time I go, and the hour-long workout really seems to fly by. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay on track with weightloss goals and make each workout count.

Whoever was working the front desk today was completely rude. I have been in customer service and sales my whole career, this lady has no people skills. The service industry isn’t for everyone especially her. Very very rude. Instructor Maria was adorable and awesome, sad that the front desk lady was so awful to me!

Awesome place. The class was engaging and enjoyable difficult, the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. As a relatively in shape guy in his late 20s, I was challenged by the class but liked it a lot. Would recommend to anyone

I have been a member at Orangetheory Fitness for almost 4 years. I enjoy the variety of work outs, the cleanliness and professionalism of the trainers so much. I have been attending classes during the Covid Pandemic and have lost 15 pounds , blood pressure is lower and Cholesterol is down! I really like a good sweat and a challenging workout!!
