The workouts are consistently INTENSE . . . yet varied and never boring. There is nothing "routine" about the routines. I've been working out at OTF 3 times a week for almost 2 years and never experienced a duplicated combo . . . always fresh and challenging. The same can be said for the OTF coaches, "fresh and challenging". I never feel that the coaches are burned-out after instructing multiple classes. They are upbeat, energized, and always motivating me to bring-it! Thank you to the OTF team for cheerfully greeting me when I walk in the door; keeping the facility spotlessly clean; and providing a optimum workout every time!

I had gone to Orange Theory Fitness in Rock Hill, MO when a couple of years prior to this review. Though I appreciated the workout and the game-ification of working out, I did not continue beyond the free trial because it seemed expensive. (I already had a monthly membership to a local gym as well). Later, my wife joined and has loved OTF for 3 months, going at least 3 times a week.I won four sessions via a charity silent auction and re-started OTF, and I love it so much. This time, I have decided to become a paying member (4 sessions/mo), and could see myself increasing that. It is such an amazing way that having the coaches push you combined with 'scores' of those around you creates such a great environment for pushing you harder than you would at just a standard gym visit. As far as the orange theory - getting your heart rate into the orange zone and keeping it their - I am a huge fan. Though it can be an exhausting workout, I am always in a great mood for the rest of the day.

LOVE OTH! Have been coming unlimited for the last two months, and always look forward to my next workout. My running pace and time has increased, and rowing too! By far the best workout out there.

I love Orange Theory and highly recommend to friends and family. I love the intensity of the classes. Prior to joining Orange Theory, I worked out on my own, but I wasn't able to consistently hit the same level of intensity that I do in my Orange Theory workouts. I really like that I can set my own intensity based on my fitness level, but I push myself harder than I do while working out alone.I've been to both the Rock Hill and Ladue locations. Both are great!

From the moment I stepped in the studio, the manager and girl working the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. I was a bit nervous, as it was my first time and I was still recovering from an injury. Tim, my instructor, was amazing! He was fun, helpful, and made the class great. I definitely enjoyed my first time at OTF and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Favorite. Workout. Ever. Love how fast it goes and how many calories you burn! Many class options to fit any schedule. Every instructor I have had has been amazing and so motivating. It does not matter if you are a seasoned athlete or never worked out a day in your life - go and try it!

I've been going now for a few months and this gym has been great for me so far. They offer a LOT of class time options and it's easy to schedule workouts through the app or via text. They keep you motivated with the heart rate monitors, great trainers, good loud music, and different daily workouts. I also feel like they keep the floors and equipment cleaner than other similar workout facilities, which is nice when you're on the ground doing crunches or planks. The only drawback is that the popular workout times (before/after work) do fill up first, but if you book a couple days ahead you should be fine. Give it a try!

I like the positive motivation and high energy of the instructors they are very encouraging and take pride in their work. The daily workouts change each time you go, but the detailed instructions are very easy to understand and follow. Just because of there only three aspects of the basic concept, you never get bored, with the different routines and instructors styles. I always feel a sense of accomplishment, every time a complete a session. More importantly, no matter what kind of effort I put forward that class, I burn a lot of calories and have a great cardio and full body workout. KC Arns

Love this place! My husband and I have been members since they first opened 2+years ago, and we couldn't be happier. Great work out every class, and the variety of different exercises changes each day. Staff and trainers are very helpful and nice. Classes can be individualized for everyone; they are for beginners, body builders, marathoners, and everyone in between. All around, a great and welcoming place to improve your health and strength!

I haven't worked out in a very very long time and I felt like I could go at my own pace with no judgment whatsoever. With that said, the workout was still tough, really great in fact and the instructor was great about keeping an eye on me and making sure I was still pushing myself. Loved the class!!
