I’ve been working out with Tanya for years and cannot recommend her studio highly enough! Bodyshop has a variety of classes, fun and challenging workouts, and the community is welcoming and supportive. Tanya gets to know you, is a genius at modifying, and makes her classes accessible to anyone. She has seen me through skiing and running injuries and helped me come out stronger. I am never bored or feel like I’ve plateaued. Highly recommend!

Tanya is an absolute delight and all her classes are very accessible for whatever fitness level you’re at. There’s always a mix of modifications and options to ramp it up so you can personalize your workout. The studio is super clean, comfortable, fun and vibrant. Definitely recommend because there’s something for everyone.

Tanya is and AMAZING fitness instructor. She is motivating, and her classes are never boring and always challenging. She also has great taste in the music she plays during her classes.

I have taken classes with the owner, Tanya, for about 7 years. She finally opened up her own studio and it is absolutely amazing! Her barre classes are challenging, fun and effective. I still feel the challenge after taking them for 7 years. Her early morning HIIT and cycle classes burn a ton of calories yet go by quickly. It's an awesome feeling to start your day. The community is so friendly and welcoming. Easy parking, small class sizes, lockers, 3 bathrooms and all kinds of weights and fun equipment. If you are looking for a place that gives you the feeling of having your own trainer without the cost, Bodyshop Fitness is the place to be

Working with Brooke has Been a Life changing experience, LITERALLY. When I was at my lowest and looking for answers Brooke was there. She didn’t give up on me. Through her extensive knowledge of nutrition and exercise she was able to help me get back on track and help me hit ALL of my personal bests. I’m thankful for her. Brooke is the one to have in your corner. I highly recommend her!
