Staff are solid and there is a nice array of equipment, but this place clearly isn’t cleaned regularly and unless you have over ear sound cancelling headphones you will not be able to hear your own music as the in house speakers are bumping at full volume. Parking sucks too, 6 or 7 spots total, not including improvised parking. Equipment is good quality, but beat to hell. Definitely have to wash your hands after leaving as there is grime on alot. 60 a month is an okay deal but theres a lot you have to compromise for, not sure if I’ll stay for another month.

Great gym! Both staff and members are so welcoming, no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey.

I came here one time with some friends and benched 225 on their fat pad. I’m telling you fat pads go crazy. There’s also this dude there named Milo, who is one of the most goated hard workers at the place. He gave us a nice tour. They had very nice apparel and I would recommend to a friend.

This place is ok, but it's pretty cramped, and there aren't enough stations to accommodate the volume gym-goingers at most times. The parking lot is tiny and the equipment's pretty old. They charge more than the JCC in Saint Paul does, which is nuts considering the J has much newer equipment and provides access to a lap pool. Also driving and parking around this area suck in general.

I like the atmosphere, but you can see a lot of grime on their treadmills and a lot of equipment padding is falling apart. For a $60/mo gym, I feel like I should be able to expect the equipment to be in better shape. I asked the employee and he said that Management doesn't communicate with employees about these things

I’ve been a member at several gyms in the twin cities at similar price points as well as a couple cheaper ones, this one by far tops all of them. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the gym is large and very clean, and there’s plenty of equipment. I don’t run into the issue of it being in use or packed. It’s also nice to be able to receive so many discounts on workout supplements and beverages.

There's a reason why this gym is voted best in the twin cities. It's a great gym w even greater space to work out at. Gym is busy and here u will see all sorts of unique and rugged individuals dedicated to their fitness goals. That being said, if you're single and u want to check out some eye candy, walk in the door and sign up for a membership.

This gym has everything you need. As far as I've seen the members respectful and considerate. I highly recommend this gym. Only downside is parking is limited.

Fantastic powerlifting-focused gym. Lots of variation in experience here, with newcomers and frequents alike. Tons of equipment, about 8 power racks, many places to do deadlifts or other compound exercises. Great selection of machines too. The gymgoers I've met are all very friendly and willing to help out if you need a spotter as well. Everyone here does a pretty good job at cleaning up after themselves, and reracking their weights. The staff I've met have been helpful and courteous. Parking isn't too bad as even if the lot is full there's usually street parking nearby. Seriously a fantastic gym.
