I love that the trainers encourage you to push yourself but if you need to modify your workout, they are super accommodating. The music, pace, and variety of workouts help the time fly! Lastly, everyone there is on their own fitness journey, and I never feel judged or intimidated.

I love the group environment because it creates accountability and motivation. The trainers are awesome, they encourage you and have infectiously positive attitudes. The real-time data/stats are my favorite thing.

The coaches at Roseville OTF are engaging, fun and helpful. Coach Cole is always paying close attention to what's happening and doesn't hesitate to correct form or encourage a higher weight. Coach Gina is bubbly, funny and energetic which helps novitiate me. I love the group fitness aspect and the results show.

OTF Roseville, Maplewood, and Grand Ave are Fantastic! The front desk staff are friendly, supportive, and helpful. The coaches are great at offering alternatives for folks (like me) that have issues with knees or shoulders etc...The workouts are absolutely amazing. I started here at the end of December 2021. I changed my diet and worked out as frequently as possible. By june 2022 I lost 65 pounds. My quality of life has improved significantly. These workouts helped make me more mobile, improved my stability and balance, and make me feel like I can do just about anything. The positive attitude here had me referring to it as Orange Therapy Fitness. This place is absolutely amazing.👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10/10

I have been a member since March and am so glad I joined. I have had ups and downs with gym visits and just couldn't stay consistent. With the unlimited monthly membership (gave me a ticket shock at the beginning) is well worth it when going 5-6 times per week. The coaches are all amazing and definitely challenge you to do your best and help you with form when needed. I truly appreciate the team at OTF Roseville and will be a member for as long as I can.

I was very leery of joining Orangetheory because it seemed very intense and difficult. I went in to talk about potentially joining and ended up talking to a member on her way out who had also been leery but had joined and was a now big fan. I did the trial workout and decided to join, and I'm so glad I did. It's been four months now, going 2 times per week, and I am seeing a big difference in my stamina and my strength (as well as toning and some weight loss, too.) When I work out, I need guidance and coaching, because otherwise I won't work to my full potential. The coaches at Orangetheory Roseville are wonderful. I've taken classes with Gena, Kathy, Abby, and Cole so far and am a big fan.Workouts are difficult (some more than others), but there's such a wide variety from day-to-day that I never get bored and I feel so accomplished when I'm finished. They've made me a believer!

Yoga: A Better Work-IN Than Orange Theory. True, OT will be a better workOUT. Classical Yoga is really meditation disguised as fitness. If you've only experienced yoga as just another group fitness workout, with classes under an hour, you're missing out on the most important part of the practice: the work-in. You can and should do both!

I love Orange Theory because it’s like having a personal trainer but you’re in a group setting so you’re not singled out. They are there to support you in having good form on the floor. The treadmill and rowing workouts challenge me and have helped increase my endurance and speed. However, if I need to take it easy on certain days, I like having the control to do so. The Coaches at the Roseville MN location are so good. Almost all know me by name and they make me feel known, liked, comfortable, and motivated. They make it fun to keep coming back. I can’t say enough good things!

I love the work out and coaches! It's a fun place to work out and you always leave feeling like you gave your all. The only downside is that it is expensive, especially if you want unlimited classes. They're also strict about cancelling classes and only allow 1 cancellation a quarter. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot!

Good coaches and class structure, but super confusing billing practices. I liked the initial class setup, but found that the schedule wasn’t compatible with my work so after two months I decided to cancel.I gave well over a month notice to cancel and they continued to charge my card anyway. I received an email confirmation of cancellation, verbally confirmed it with the physical location and they still took funds for the following month which wasn’t authorized. The franchise setup also made me nervous. I went to a location 8 miles from this one and they wanted a credit card on file there as well. It’s 2023, this type of thing should not continue to happen and I find this practice unsafe and not secure.Technology could also use an update as the app doesn’t play well with iOS Health and duplicates the same weight entries. The OT app is okay, but could be revamped and improved as it has a decent amount of bugs and glitches.Overall, the coaches are awesome. I hope that the admins and payment setup get updated to the level of the coaches for a better user experience. I get that you make it hard to cancel, like any other gym. If someone does their due diligence following your terms and conditions it should certainly be honored. The desk staff just said it was a mistake. I’m not sure how this could happen with verbal and written confirmation.
