I did a free work out trial with a personal trainer (Drea) she sat me down explained everything to me very professionally and friendly, worked out with me and showed me some awesome techniques. I 'am happy feel great and look good just from one free session. This is a special place I can go here everyday, And the jym is nice clean and affordable to everyone. Money grab gym. They bring in a salesperson to sell you on a gym membership, if you buy it for a 6 month period, and don't cancel the gym membership during month 5, it automatically renews (even though you only signed up for 6 months). Trainers do the same workouts with each client, you know cause you walk in and see your trainer at the exact same machines with their clients every single day. To cancel, you can't even do it online, you have to send a letter by mail or go in person. Also, management is rude, bathrooms are tiny and there is ONE shower. No amenities.

Literally got told “whenever you’re ready to prioritize your health let me know” because I didn’t immediately want to buy a $200-$300 a month training plan on top of my membership after explaining that it doesn’t fit my budget. That’s definitely gonna make me feel good about casually working out on my own. NOT.

Very nice and clean gym. Go to this twice a week. Personal training has a wonderful service. Technically open 24 hours for members. All you need is an app that you download and you can enter 24 hours would have to be a member for 24 hours. Guests are not allowed after hours.

I didn’t use my membership for the past two years, finally decided to cancel it before my annual renewal fee was due, and they still charged me the annual fee for the year that starts after I cancelled my membership.I think it’s scammy that cancellations don’t take effect until 30 days after you cancel, ensuring they get an extra monthly fee out of you. That’s fine, whatever, but to change the annual fee for a year that you have cancelled your membership before it starts? That’s absolutely absurd.

This gym is totally fine for how cheap it is. I’ve been a member for three years. Works great on a budget. But you get what you pay for. Cardio machines, especially the stair climbers, of which there are only three, are frequently broken and it takes a long time for them to get fixed. Weights are fine. The rags they provide to wipe the machines do not seem to be changed out very often, so you kind of have to be okay with everyone wiping the sweaty machines with the same multi person sweat soaked rags over and over. (They do provide cleaning spray too.) Just tell yourself that’s clean enough, and ignore the slight sour occasional smell clinging to the stair climber.) Again, this place is totally fine for the low price and I’m glad it’s here, but if you have $$$ to burn go elsewhere.
