This is a great gym with a phenomenal offering of group ex classes, ranging from Barbell Bound to PunchHIIT. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable gym that will inspire you to reach your fitness goals

It’s a very good gym, in good location. A wide variety of equipment on any needs and test. Also nice addition Sauna. I love workout in a morning, then go to sauna and after that have a brunch.

Business model is crooked. They get you to sign up for next to nothing and then make it impossible to cancel your membership and continue to charge. Particularly if you moved away as I did.

Gym membership is too CHEAP! Like, WAY too cheap! Seems like a weird thing to complain about, right?! Well, it attracts masses of people, to the point that the gym sucks to go to. Otherwise, it might be a decent place. It's $10/mo.... it should be at least $50/mo. Going to have to find a new place - sick of it!

Far far away from an ideal gym. People sitting on the machines and benches and looking into they phones instead of working out. At the same time, the same people sniff other gym goers and complain to the front desk.Management had disabled the filter status lights on drinking fountains, seems like they don't want to change them when required.Crowd makes gym good or bad, and aren't good at all.

Edited: 07/28/23Okay gym, minimal equipment, friendly staff but it’s a literal zoo inside. Absolutely slammed, even at 5:30am. Watching 40 people superset on 2 different machines makes no room for regular workouts and nothing is enforced or corrected. My 1 hour workouts took so long I could never finish them, the ladies locker room is ridiculous-you can’t wash your hands or or walk past a mirror without inadvertently getting into someone’s selfie and oh yeah…good luck trying to cancel. They want $200+ to leave and then will continue to charge you after you do. Try calling their “customer service”….it doesn’t exist. I have been to many Crunch locations and even though St Pete is my least favorite, I’ve realized Crunch as a company is just super sketchy!

Horrible experience with customer service. General manager was not able to communicate or resolve simple issue. Cardio equipment is sub par to Planet Fitness. Staff is inexperienced and unhelpful.

Like many others, I have been disappointed because of crowdidness of this gym at all times. So much so that I drive to Crunch in Seminole. Rarely wait for any equipment, older crowd with gym etiquette. Sad because I live in Woodlawn. Since Tyrone is open now I tried it today on Saturday. Did not see much crowd relief so for now Seminole will be my gym for now.

Updated: My girlfriend, Abigail TimberlakeMy girlfriend tried cancelling her membership in person before we moved as well as sending a letter after we moved yet they continue to charge her month after month. They change the name of the charge and continue to charge, yet they have lost all the disputes after she opens a dispute with her credit card company. She did everything that was told of her that is in the signed upon agreement. This place is a fraud. I'm very glad I never signed up here. I would rather workout on the side of the road with the homeless than join this gym.

I told staff I would not be back after a month there because the gym is disgusting. However, they still make you pay for 3 months plus your annual fee. The machine wiping policy is a JOKE and not enforced. If you care about hygiene, stay clear of this pit.
