Anytime Fitness South St. Pete

Covered by my Silver Sneakers insurance benefit. Lots of machines, but gets crowded during high tourist season.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while so here goes. We spend 3 months in St Pete's (January- March) coming over from the UK and attend this gym regularly, joining in with the HIT & spin classes and doing our thing in the gym. Reception guys are ultra friendly along with the class instructors. If you're looking for an upscale snobby gym, this won't be for you, but we feel at home here. Good range of excercise apparatus, along with free weights, plus a friendly laid-back atmosphere...love it. We'll be back January 2nd.

Nice clean gym and friendly staff. Just wish there was more space and mirrors for people who like to do H.I.I.T /freelance cardio or a least have the aerobics room opened after hours. Other than that great experience!

it's small yet sufficient. And the men who work here have been very nice and chivalrous. they're also pretty stocky, so if you think someone in the gym is giving you the creeps--you can feel comfortable to go to them about it. speaking of which, the crowd in general at this particular gym is very polite. for the first time I found a gym where I dont get harrassed every time I walk in. Everything is clean and you can see everyone, including that staff, sanitizing everything.

And come see me for stretch therapy @ Dynamic Body Stretching for 50% off introductory stretch therapy session with or without the use of our DMS (Deep Muscle Simulator) machine which releases the facia, tight muscles, trigger points, increases blood flow and helps prevent soreness after your workout. Membership not required to utilize our services but I'm certian you will love this Gym.

My previous review got “brushed under the rug” by changing the business name to “Dynamic Body Stretching” where the business seems closed.....Hmmm. Lots of negative reviews there about the “shady” Anytime fitness place. Something’s fishy here.Anyways here’s the review:Got bullied by a member at this place and got kicked out for being bullied. Staff doesn't do anything preventive except kick the wrong people out. People here are disrespective with their surroundings.To the person who replied: Good job on trying to cover up your reputation. Finger pointing and not accepting accountability. Will let the readers be the judge of the response handled by the shady business. Have already proven enough by providing the picture of the business was cha going their name as a cover up of all the previous bad reviews, not just mine.

Awesome staff that will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and take care of you. Nice, clean. safe gym in a great location. A+

I am so impressed with Anytime Fitness in South St. Pete. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is clean and always in working condition. There’s always a fitness class available when I need one. If you want a professional helping you get in shape, this would be the place to go. I can’t say enough about this Anytime Fitness location. I’m always greeted with a friendly hello, but I’m never pressured. I’m going to continue to get fit here. I’m already seeing a difference with the help of my personal trainer. It’s worth a visit.

I went for the first time today to this gym. I've been to a lot of other Anytime Fitness facilities, but this one is definitely up there as one of the best. Between the size of the gym, the pleasant staff, the awesome compilation of additional things offered there, quantity of exercise equipment, and set up.. I'm pretty impressed. I'll make the additional ten minute drive to visit this one.

Good gym. Equipment is in good shape, not the newest stuff but it all works and feels safe. Some newer ellipticals and a newer rower. Staff is friendly the place is always clean. Never seems to be too crowded, but plenty of people there.
