Had a great experience doing the 6 week fitness challenge with this gym and crew. It was just what I needed to kick things back into gear DURING the holidays so that I could roll right into 2018 ready to keep things going. Coaches are experienced and very helpful, and they make the workouts accessible to all regardless of level. Also, the nutrition advice was simple and easy to follow and not gimmicky at all.

Yay! Just finished my challenge and I feel so good! If you are truly ready to make a lifestyle change and replace bad habits with healthier choices then I highly recommend this gym and especially the 6 week challenge. I was so surprised by not only my results (-6.7% body fat) but also the knowledge and support from everyone at the gym. I have a reoccurring lower back issue and I’ve always been scared of lifting weights because I didn’t want to hurt myself but the coaches at Elevate were amazing and helped me so much with my form. I used to be so scared of barbells and now I love them! The gym has such a friendly and supportive feel. Not creepy and intimidating like most gyms

Since I have started working out at Elevate I feel like I have found such a great place to get in shape. Although it is a group workout it feels like you have 2 personal trainers with you throughout the workout and that is awesome. The price, well it is high but to me well worth it just because it has that personal trainer feel and if you have any question before, during or after the workout the trainers are ready and willing to help out. I especially love how they introduce each workout from a beginners viewpoint. Even if you have done a certain type of exercise many times, they still cover proper form and watch you as you are working out to ensure you are doing things correctly. You cannot go wrong signing up with Elevate!!!

Stopped by to get some lifting done while visiting. This felt like our twin gym back home. Great space, awesome owners, and all their athletes move REALLY well. Go give them some love.

Great gym, wife and I have been at Elevate since we moved here in January. Great coaches and people, really good community vibes. Awesome to see new people in class all the time as well. Would highly recommend Elevate

Owners and coaches are great- very thorough and encouraging...the gym is air conditioned, music is energizing and the people are great. Awesome atmosphere to get motivated and get fit!!

I've been with SPSC for about 18 months. The coaches are amazing and helpful and supportive and funny. It's like a family. They help you achieve your goals and are patient with you. They want you to push yourself but using proper form. #beapelican

This place is AMAZING. I've attended both the Sweat Studio as well as the crossfit wods and love it! The coaches are so friendly and Nicole is a nutritional genius. They are also very kid friendly. Highly recommend for both beginners as well as the advanced

Fantastic trainers who care about the athlete more than their statistics. Very tight knit community feel to this box. Very welcoming also to drop-ins and newbies! Great people all around. I was a member for more than 2 years.
