Has recently moved to 2100 MLK ST N. as of Jan 2023Came for the weekly jazzercise class on Thursday at 4:30PM.Nice room, good speakers, lots of mirrors and easy parking.

Great gym and group fitness studio! The group fitness instructors are great and really care about the class. The gym has really good personal trainers and there is also a spin room.

Silver sneakers classes are offered twice a day mon to Fri. A variety of silver sneakers class designs including toning zumba cardio and chair yoga. Small groups in a well ventilated space. All the silver sneakers tools are available for your use. One improvement would be to add bike racks.

Great, small gym / fitness center in town. Mariana is an excellent personal trainer. More personal and focused attention on your needs and goals than in larger "more corporate" gyms. Programs and activities for people of all ages, skill levels and needs.

I just started working out with personal trainer Mariana. She's excellent! They also have classes in Zumba, yoga, spinning bike,etc It's small enough to feel comfy even as a beginner but has everything needed. Clientele seem to be retirees- at least weekday mornings when I go there.

So we all know we could go to crunch fitness down the street but I personally am not the kind of person that can go to the gym and work out on my own. That’s why I love metrix! The classes and instructors are awesome and I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and cardio abilities due to bodypump and bodystep (two classes I take the most). To me, it’s worth paying a little bit more to take these classes and actually feel like I’m getting a quality work out.

Small, quiet gym with some unique fitness assessment tools. Les Mills classes, Silver Sneakers, 20 bike Spinning room. Excellent staff- professional, friendly, fun. Ditch the crowds, join the family.

This is a great gym but unfortunately they use and sell plastic water bottles including the instructors and do not have a water bottle refill station. Michelle's spin class is unmatched she is amazing!
