I've been going to this gym for a year and a half now and I can't say enough good things about it! The group fitness classes are an amazing workout. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and push you to try things you didn't think you could do.

I love working with Kim S. She accommodates my busy work schedule and helps to keep me motivated. I would highly recommend Kim as a personal trainer. They gym. is fantastic, clean and with great equipment.

I really enjoy Mission Fitness. They have great trainers and coaches that keep you motivated and help with form and progress. The small group classes employ lots of varied equipment like barbells and cables, rowers, box jumps, dumbbells etc. The classes are challenging for all levels. The workouts I do regularly, including HIIT and Lift ,are the perfect workouts for me to lose weight and get in shape quickly. To get both cardio conditioning and weights in one class is very convenient. Classes are intense and vary daily so I never get bored coming a few times a week. I saw change quickly when I started coming here and continue to improve my strength and conditioning. I also like supporting small locally owned community businesses like this one. Mission Fitness is a great choice all around.

Mission Fitness is a great fitness gym/studio for anyone from the serious athlete to geriatric fitness. I have been training with Kim Snow for nearly two years and she has been amazing! I have reclaimed lost fitness and continue to improve, and my sessions are never boring or repetitive. I highly recommend training at MF and specifically, Kim Snow (a multi-Ironman competitor!).

I was in town for business and found Mission Fitness through ClassPass. I attended the HIIT class which featured many different exercises and stations. Bryan (Owner/Trainer) was very friendly, great at explaining, demonstrating, and adjusting students where needed. The next time I am in town I will definitely be coming back. I got a great workout, make sure you bring a towel!

My first class at Mission Fitness was over a week ago and I have gone every day since. Seriously knowledgable trainers + a super clean gym stocked with new equipment= results! I've taken (and loved) the HIIT and Cardio: 360 classes, each circuit in them is highly modifiable and they cater to all levels of ability. Starting my day with their 6AM class has changed the way I manage my time for the better; I feel more awake, positive, and stronger than ever thanks to Mission Fitness.
