It’s fun and challenging. I love that you have real time results to show you how hard you are pushing yourself. The coaches are positive and encouraging. Overall, it’s a great gym and I’m loving my results.

Micheal Paul is the best trainer . I think so due to his classes I have build up my stamina for running on treadmill with lots of inclination , His every work out class is different and something new and he keeps any eye on people and given them valuable feed back . His class music is improving as well . I look for his name when I try to book a class . Thank you !

Coach Michael Paul is an outstanding Coach! He always addresses attendee’s form to avoid injuries. He is an excellent motivator! His post workout stretch is awesome! Always pinpointing the muscle areas which are prone to be sore from that particular workout.

Here’s to trainer Amy at the Tyrone OT, St Petersburg, Florida, for her expertise and motivational skills to get sometimes reluctant fitness enthusiasts to go the extra mile! She is very capable of modifying the program to meet diverse fitness levels. I struggled with a foot injury and was able to continue meeting my fitness goals with Amy’s empathic understanding and modification suggestions. As a former elementary school teacher and university instructor, I was impressed by her ability to be continually enthusiastic, knowledgeable about strength training exercises and ability to meet a wide range of fitness abilities. I will miss her as I head home for the summer but hope she will continue to be an OT trainer into the future. Gratefully yours,Kelly

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The workouts are great and push you to get the most out of the time you spend in the gym. I always leave feeling great and knowing that I have done something good for myself.

The Tyrone OTF is an amazing fitness community. All coaches, staff, and members genuinely want eachother to succeed. On top of that the workouts are fun but challenging and deliver real quantifiable results quickly.

I love being able to come in and work hard for an hour and then I'm done. The coaches at OT Tyrone are awesome and keep you motivated throughout the workout. The fast pace and great music make the class fly by. I also love having to book and be accountable to show up for my classes--no bailing last minute with OT, that seriously has helped me reach my goals faster. The front desk staff is also always helpful and the OT Tyrone team makes you feel like family. I've been away for two months due to an injury and I can't even tel you how much I missed working out at OTT. I am SO HAPPY TO BE BACK!
