I love this community! I have never felt so at home in a yoga studio. Danielle is so knowledgeable and generous. Her imagination and know how and spiritual connectedness make the experience of practicing yoga all the more enriching.Rod is another of my favorite teachers. His classes are always such a challenge for me, but I keep coming back because I learn so much about patience with my body and focus on breath under his teachings.Yoga is more than my fitness routine, it’s become a spiritual journey for me as well and Salty Souls has been the place to bring me out of my established at-home practice to its fulfilling public space! You will be glad you took a chance on this studio with this community.

I visited St. Pete for the weekend and wanted to take a yoga class like I do in my normal routine at home. I took Danielle’s Friday morning class and it was a great class! Danielle is very friendly and a great teacher.

Salty Souls Yoga has led some of my favorite yoga classes that I’ve ever taken! I’m a big fan of outdoor yoga experiences - especially to keep my practice as safe as possible during the pandemic - and Salty Souls has offered outdoor classes at some of the most majestic venues in the area.Their classes are always so welcoming, filled with friendly yogis of all experience levels, and the outdoor spaces are always expansive enough to allow plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but warm and inviting so that everyone there feels connected. Two favorites that stand out to me were the weekend yoga classes at Florida Botanical Gardens and both the weekend and full moon classes at Sacred Lands. In these beautiful and sacred spaces, the energy is already indescribable. Add to that the positive energy of yogis gathering together to practice, as well as the easy-to-follow, energizing flows led by Danielle and her team, and you have a beautiful combination of balance, movement, and inner peace.

This yoga studio is so serene, laid back, and low-ley. Don't let its hidden location for you.I love coming to restorative on Tuesdays early morning with Tiffany. Her voice is so soothing and I always come out so relaxed. Whenever I get a chance to go to the lunch classes with Danielle I also come - great way to re-energize me so I'm not lagging at work in the afternoon. Better than coffee! The space is beautifully decorated and so conducive to meditation. Warmer than most studios, but I actually prefer that. Always clean, with wonderful free organic tea in the front. They also sell pretty bracelets for a good price.Definitely a regular now and would recommend this studio to anyone.

Beautiful Place inside, Deceiving from the outside. Loved the instructor who filled in for Jess today. She read a beautiful article, which I thought was motivating and lifting. Very sweet no judgement, just guidance. Very relaxing piece body, heart, and mind king of place. Must take a class here to see what I mean.
