Such welcoming staff. I love the lounge area with kombucha and cold brew on tap. I also enjoy how dark the room is to practice in.

The shop owner was very welcoming. However, i did think going in that it was a good start for a beginner and it was a little fast paced for me. When i signed up for the class, i did not get any instructions to bring my own mat but they did let me use one for 2 bucks. The mat did smell like feet and the room was pretty hot. The last portion of the session was great and a good experience overall.

So tickled to have discovered this yoga studio! Barb and her team of instructors are all wonderful to deal with and there’s truly an all-embracing family here. All levels are made to feel welcome, and the special programming throughout the month makes this my studio of choice.
