I am a huge fan of the ANX SGT classes... I have been doing it for around 4 months & I have watched myself get stronger every day. I have tried a few gyms around the Bay Area... but I have found that ANX SGT is the only option that has been able to keep the workouts interesting and challenging. The workouts are customized for each class. If you haven’t already found this hidden gem... I suggest you get to checking it out 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Down 25 lbs, kept it off for 3 years, plus joint pain way better. We all know we should eat healthy and exercise, the key is a supportive group that keeps you engaged and accountable! Love the community involvement - ran my first 5k in ten years at the sponsored Boyd Hill run, community workouts ( now with beer after!) are awesome. Wish my grocer and doctor and employer cared about my health as much as these guys!

I love working out at the ANNEX. It provides all the equipment you need for a great workout whether HIIT, weightlifting, Abdominal, etc. I participate in the Small Group Training program and have seen huge results!I’m a “Tough Mudder” because of the SGT workouts. Those darn bear crawls came in in handy during Tough Mudder. I truly enjoy SGT workouts at the ANNEC—I’ve come so far!

I’ve been going to small group training at the annex for about 6 months now and it’s the best decision I made. The workouts are challenging, but fun! The trainers are amazing and everyone is so encouraging. You really feel like you’re part of a gym family! If you’re considering a new workout program, I would highly recommend checking this one out.

Joined the small group training a year ago. Sitting at a desk all day, I needed a push and wasn't as disciplined as I'd like to be about working out, stretching, or just staying active. The small group training (SGT) program is like having a personal trainer without the huge cost. All the trainers are fantastic, engaging, and encouraging. It's one of the things I look forward to weekly! The classes are pretty diverse in age and ability, and everyone's pretty encouraging and helpful. Workouts are easy to learn the form and give you the ability to only do what's comfortable for you. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a little push or a program.

I made the switch to Annex small group training after 6 months with a personal trainer one on one but I wasn’t seeing results and it got expensive! Joining the group pushed me more than one on one ever did! The coaches are awesome and every class is new and different. The classmates at all different time slots are all encouraging and supportive. At 45 years old I’m in the best shape I’ve been since my 20’s!
