I have done fascial stretching with Emily and hatha yoga with Ashley. Both were absolutely amazing. The place and people have such a positive vibe. You leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!

Excellent variety of classes and other offerings. Unique place that is ran by professional and experienced teachers as well as a team of contributors. I felt great after each experience there. They also do FST Fascial Stretch Therapy which my husband and I swear by. Better than any massage or chiropractor. Relieves pain and stress and leaves you with an exhilarating feeling. I absolutely LOVED my experience at The Studieaux! The space is beautiful and everyone there is very welcoming. This was my first time getting fascial stretch therapy and Emily was wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining FST. My session was relaxing and just what my body needed. FST has become part of my regular self care routine! Their classes are also amazing!!

I love the space of The Studieaux. Its such a loving vibe that allows me to be myself. I always have fun at there yoga classes and workshops and meet the coolest people here. If your new to yoga or already a yogi The Studieaux is the best place in town for a great class and a great time!

So wonderful loved the classes this Studieaux is a very fun environment to be in. We also attended Tai Chi outdoor class in the park a must visit !
