I had a hard time finding a yoga studio after SPY closed after the pandemic. Yoga Six has been exactly what I’ve needed. I highly recommend! Understandable management and great staff. I’ve been a member since March and I love it!

This is a great yoga studio - clean, spacious, easy parking and friendly instructors and staff. I like the variety of classes and times offered. I’ve taken power, restore, hot, and slow flow and all have been great. Glad I found this studio!

Love this place! The instructors do a fabulous jobs for all levels, the lighting is perfect - calm, energizing, easeful - whatever it needs to be it is, and the music is always on point. Check it out - you won’t be disappointed.

I have taken Erin S.’s Restore and Y6 Hot classes, and it has always been such a great experience! These classes are a great way to wrap up the day or the week; and are a really effective way to get re-centered and decompress. Erin’s music playlists are always top notch and fit in perfectly with the style of classes she’s teaching. Erin also has great attention to detail and will offer adjustments for your yoga practice mid-class. Thanks Erin and YogaSix!!
