BETA Climbing + Fitness

I'm deeply disheartened by our recent interactions with BETA Climbing + Fitness. Early in June 2023, my wife called to request to cancel our membership. She might have been informed about an online termination form, but she genuinely doesn't remember this being mentioned. Despite this, we noticed continued charges for a service we had intended to stop.When we approached them about reimbursement for the July charge, we were met with a firm refusal, citing their cancellation policy. This, despite the fact that our family used the facility only 3 times in the last two months of our membership. The ensuing email exchanges only intensified our feeling of being undervalued as customers.I fully recognize the significance of adhering to processes and policies. However, many other service providers we've engaged with have demonstrated a greater degree of flexibility and understanding. A touch of empathy from BETA Climbing's side would have gone a long way. In today's age, where exceptional customer service is often the differentiator, it's disappointing to encounter such inflexibility.

This place is a hidden gem. The route setting is spectacular, the staff is wonderful (Matt helped us out on our first day and he was kind and super helpful), and there is an awesome assortment of routes/grades. Highly, highly recommend.

Best climbing gym out there! Has pretty much a climber needs: all kind of routes, a great community, amazing staff, good prices and they are in a constant change and innovation! I really recommend to get a membership and start the fun!

Clean facility. A lot bigger than I thought it was! Reasonably priced. My friends and I had a lot of fun. A couple of them ended up getting monthly memberships afterwards.

I’ve had a membership at this gym since January and I’m very happy with their top-rope and bouldering routes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m usually climbing solo so I wish there were more advanced auto-belay routes but they still have a good selection. I’m thrilled to live so close to a great climbing gym like this! They are usually running promos and discounts for newer climbers so give it a try!

I came in today and the staff were super helpful and nice. As a beginner I got some pointers and was able to try all kinds of problems. The community there was also really nice and supportive. The place is also very big and has all kinds of equipment to get better at climbing and strength training.

We held a birthday party for a 9 year old here and it was fantastic. The staff was terrific and great with the boys, and the event was really easy to book and manage. I would absolutely recommend, and I think a few families might come back on their own!

Love Beta!! They have something for everyone, at every level. The staff are tremendous and incredibly knowledgable. The your climbing classes are great. My girls love going as the class size is always small with instructors giving 1-1 instruction. Plus, as a parent, I can climb or workout for free. The facility is huge and they are always setting new routes. Lastly, the climbing community is really friendly and approachable. :)

2 years later we are still thrilled that this is our home gym. Beta has been a great place to exercise and get better at climbing during the pandemic. Thanks Beta!Just started our membership! Fantastic new climbing gym. They have a ton of bouldering options and levels with the best landing pads around. Wide array of problem types and holds to keep you challenged. They also have a competition wall build for World Bouldering comps. They have a ton of top ropes, traditional anchor system and auto belays, a lead wall and soon a speed climbing wall. The area is open concept and had plenty of room for lots of climbers. They even have a mezzanine above the gym equipment for hanging out, playing games, it watching other climbers. The staff is friendly and all seem happy to be there.
