I have suffered from back pain for many years, but my doctors told me that i was not a good candidate for back surgery. I have tried many other methods as well, nothing has worked at all. I'm recently retired. and was really discouraged about potentially not being able to enjoy this new chapter in my life.That all changed when i joined Core Principles.within the first two sessions, I had already felt some relief. Now, I have no back pain, and I am able to enjoy golfing!My doctors told me I needed to strengthen my core, and I already feel a lot more strength in my abs.Core Principles was different from the other solutions that I tried. It's highly personalized, I get lots of attention from experienced coaches, and the programs are well crafted to help you get the most out of your time here. I workout with them twice a week.I feel amazing that i have come so far in only a few months, and I'm really looking forward to enjoying my retirement with this this newfound strength. I began to feel old and out of shape. I am not a fan of the gym. In fact, I dislike working out unless I'm playing a sport. CP has changed that for me!I workout twice per week, and I enjoy it. Was on vacation and I really missed it!There is a difference in my mood, the way my clothes fit and an improvement in my life overall! My energy has increased, and I have more strength and stamina with my grandchildren.I feel great and highly recommend CP!!

I have done yoga, pilates,aerobics, cardio and so many other styles of exercise. Of all the various exercise programs that I have tried Core Principles is the most effective by far. I work out twice a week with their incredible trainers who make the workout fun, friendly and very personalized. The groups are small. The trainers are basically one on one so there is no chance to get injured by doing the exercises the wrong way. The programs change every 5 weeks and vary from day to day so your muscles don't get bored doing the same workout all the time. Although I have only been at Core Principles for two months I am stronger and more limber. The program works and it is fun---definitely 5 stars.

I'm on my fourth week at Core Principles and am very excited to be here. CP is the perfect place for me because it's allowing me to start out slow working around my physical limitations. I'd be lost in a regular gym since at CP I have personal training and structure from my own small group trainer. The exercises are modified to what my body can handle so I feel safe in doing them and I'm getting the one on one attention I feel I need especially just starting out.Thanks for being here for me, Core Principles!

Do it! I was missing strength training in my exercise lineup and wanted to find someone who could help me get strong in a safe and enjoyable way. So lucky that my random google search led me to Core. It’s been a few months now and I am definitely stronger (didn’t even need to ask my sons to get out the heavy garden pots this year!) I’m not much of a morning person but I love the training so much that I get up twice a week at 5:30 am! I always feel great after the session. Thanks Emily and Haylin!

Core Principles has been a great gym to belong to. I had been working out on my own for years but this has been a great improvement. My flexibility and core strength have gotten so much better and the atmosphere is awesome - great instructors and the others working out are so down to earth. What is really great is that you are encouraged to keep pushing yourself harder, but it is totally at your own pace. I highly recommend!!

I joined Core Principles about two months ago, and I'm so happy I finally found the gym that is perfect for me. I noticed that my usual at-home routines weren't enough to improve my strength, but attending CP twice a week and having the benefit of one (sometimes two!) Coaches Extraordinaire guiding and gently pushing me throughout the workout has increased my confidence and strength. I'm very excited to see continued improvement week to week!

What I like most about Core Principles Personal Training is the sessions are personalized and scheduling is flexible. I also enjoy the social aspect of training with my peers. In the six member sessions, we work out at our own speed with our own equipment at the encouragement and advice of a well trained coach. In the ten weeks I have been training at Core Principles I have lost eight pounds and two inches in my waist (met my 1st goal to fit back into my jeans!) But more importantly my back pain has been reduced and I feel stronger. Shout out to trainer Emily S. who works us hard and makes us laugh. Joining was so far my best decision in 2023.

I joined Core Principles about six weeks ago. Not having exercised for quite some time, I was a bit apprehensive. My experience has been very positive. My trainer, Emily, is terrific. She is excellent at ensuring each exercise is done correctly. She keeps us moving, is always checking that the pace is good for us, and gives us time for a rest between exercises. My upper body strength has improved along with my balance. I am pleased with my progress and feel that with continued training, I will achieve great results.

Before coming to Core Principles, I was always trying to lose that stubborn 5 pounds and wanting to get toned and get stronger. I always worked out and ate well, but I still felt like I was not exercising and eating correctly. In my initial meeting with Haylin, we decided that strength training was the best route to go in order to meet my goals. The training groups at Core Principles are amazing! They are small and led by the greatest coaches who give you constant feedback and attention to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and doing them at the level that is appropriate for your body. The workouts change every five weeks so you can see your progression and not get bored. I feel that I have become stronger and toned since training here and have met many great and fun people along the way! I highly recommend Core Principles if you are looking to strength train in smaller groups and in a relaxed atmosphere. They truly are excellent!
