I love Dew yoga–all of the classes and instructors are terrific (Jen, Lisa, Connie). It's also a really welcoming community. The new North Stamford location is so convenient and the studio space is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Dew Yoga is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in practicing yoga. I have much love and respect for Jen, along with so many of Dew's fabulous teachers, who always create a safe space for the beginner yogi through the most advanced. The classes are always inspirational and the experienced teaching staff always put forth a broad offering so that one can find either challenge or restoration in almost any class. Even more, Jen continues to offer new ways to deepen one's practice be it through meditation or Yoga Nidra or community based events to engage your heart.I have been part of the Dew family for at least a decade and have found it to be my "home away from home." Never thinking I would be a teacher, Dew reignited my passion for yoga so deeply that I completed my 200 hours under the tutelage of the amazing Dew staff. It was a transformational experience and gave me so, so much more in personal growth beyond the ability to lead a yoga class. The new studio on Long Ridge is a beautiful and welcoming space for the beginner to start a new practice or an experienced yogi to take their practice to the next level. Come visit Dew soon!

Dew Yoga is a community as much as a yoga studio. It is warm and welcoming no matter what your age, practice level or yoga clothes. You feel that each of your teachers knows you and cares about you. So happy they have found a new space for us all to practice.

Dew Yoga is the reason I have embraced yoga. Period. Jen, Jeff, Allison, Gilly, Lisa and Robert are not only very welcoming, but extraordinarily passionate about the practice and impart their knowledge in a deeply personal manner. Dew Yoga, IMO, does not turn yoga into a competitive or pretentious practice as opposed to other studios. If you are in the Stamford/Pound Ridge area, Dew Yoga IS the place!

I started learning yoga at Dew in my mid 50s and I really enjoy the classes. The teachers are lovely people. The new studio is clean and calming. The classes have become a regular part of my life.

Dew Yoga is amaaazing!!! My favorite class is Jackie Tepper's Kundalini Yoga class which includes movement, stretching, breath work, meditation, and chanting. Her classes provide a perfect blend of yoga fitness and spirituality! Jackie is a super dedicated teacher, and each class makes me feel more balanced and rejuvenated. And she plays the best music! Since moving away from the Stamford area (I live in TX now), I am so grateful to be able to continue taking virtual classes offered by Dew Yoga.

I have been practicing at Dew for at least 10 years. From the moment you walk into the studio doors, you feel warm and welcomed. The community of those who practice here feels very much like a family. There are a variety of classes on the schedule and the teachers offer variations throughout the class so beginners to advanced can all participate. It is truly a no-judgement zone. Jen, the owner, is inspiring and is always looking to add workshops or clinics to the schedule in addition to the classes. I HIGHLY recommend Dew Yoga.

For over a decade, Dew Yoga has been my primary yoga community and studio. The teachers and classes vary in intensity and style and its this variety that has allowed me to find a place that suits my practice in many stages - pregnant, healing from injury, or wanting to sweat and surrender with a more challenging practice. All teachers follow a compassionate approach - which means that they seek to understand the physical and emotional needs of those who attend their classes and offer the right approach and modifications. The community of yogis who attend Dew Yoga take great care of this studio as their own and it becomes a place that is warm, welcoming and inclusive to all who seek the benefits of what yoga offers.I received my 200 hour training with 4 of their teachers - Jen, Rita, Ann and Robert in December 2018 - an experience that was transformational and unforgettable.I highly recommend Dew Yoga for all yogis - from young to old, beginner to advanced, and easy to challenging.
