The GM here is great. Good clean facility.The only big problem is the young lady at the front desk. This person always has a condescending attitude to customers. Just can't find that unfriendly vibe from anyone else who works here.

The hotel California approach. I've been a member for years. When I moved away, I contacted them to cancel membership. They said they would right away, but didn't. Every email since has been ignored, and they don't take phone calls. This was months ago and still getting charged. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave!Update - from 1 to 4 stars - the concierge processed my cancellation and provided a refund. Thanks Equinox for sorting this out!

I wish this location would better communicate membership-related inquiries. When signing I was told that the membership option I chose would allow me access to the Paramus, NJ location as well. This wasn't the case. Although, somehow, the Paramus location allowed me in twice before saying I would need a different membership.In the beginning of March 2020, I reached out to the membership team at Greenwich because I was working from home and would need access only to the Paramus location. I was told that transferring my membership would be possible because of all the complications that arose from the pandemic and I was truly appreciative of that. Then, shortly, all the gyms in NJ had to temporarily close. I was told that the freeze on my account was put into place.Just a few weeks ago, I saw that I was charged $311. The details of the purchase listed that this was made in-person. I haven't left NJ since March so I found this surprising. Also, I don't know what the $311 is for since that is an extra $100 to my monthly membership fee. I tried to reach out to the Greenwich location and received no response regarding this. I also saw that my membership location was not changed.

Awesome gym. Visited Greenwich from Australia and was given a guest pass to use the facilities for a week. Staff are fantastic and the gym itself is outstanding.

Absolutely love Equinox Greenwich, CT! I have experienced Equinox locations all around Manhattan and this location is by far the BEST! Elizabeth DeLuca is an amazing Instructor and Motivational Fitness Advisor - Her class ATHLETICA is phenomenal and I would love to see her on the schedule more. Cindy Factor is absolutely amazing too - Her BARRE class is bomb. Giovanna's pilates is fantastic and she plays very relaxing music. Thank you EQUINOX GREENWICH, CT - You ROCK!Hot crowd too.Rivaxx

Some of the classes have nice teachers, but ALL of them play the music at excruciating levels and then have to scream above it. SO unpleasant. What is the point? Anyway, I love a tough class, but does our hearing need to be punished? I asked management about it several times and was told they would work on it. They never did. I asked one of the instructors one day during class to turn it down and he turned it completely off and said, "How's this?" Extremely unprofessional. However, the gym is great, clean, and has a ton of equipment.

My husband and a few others got robbed the other day. We don’t see any signage or anyone alerting us that something happened and asking us members to be careful and to protect ourselves and our belongings. I would say this is probably the best club in the area.. and the only reason I say that is because of the AWESOME MANAGERS they have there.. unfortunately I am no longer a member as the club itself just didn't fit my personal needs.. but the membership advisors and general managers are top notch and will go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their members.. specifically JEFF the GM ... he really takes his role seriously and always helps when he can... if your thinking about joining.. do it !

Made a good choice in changing gyms to go here. The vibe is good. The staff is truly friendly and encouraging. The personal training is stellar. I love the little events they have as well. I'm a big fan of barre, Pilates, yoga, and some conditioning classes.
