I was in town on business. I normally do Cryotherapy in my hometown and I decided to drop in and get a session here. Not only were the staff super friendly but the facility is state of the art and awesome. They have a lot of great therapies for you to try. I decided to do Cryotherapy and then spend some time in the Infrared Sauna. It was the perfect end of a hectic day and made my trip so much better. I highly recommend Remedy and the team. If you've never tried Cryotherapy for workout recovery and rejuvenation you should and you should do it here!

I highly recommend a visit to Remedy. The modern equipment and informative staff made the visit excellent. I have been struggling with neck pain which has made it hard to sleep. After doing a session of Cryotherapy at Remedy, I left feeling energized and pain-free. I then went on to have the best night sleep I have had in a long time! I highly recommend Remedy to anyone!
