Amazing gym, super clean, and with friendly staff as always. Had remained dedicated to the Coral Springs location and when this location was opened, and I saw all the new equipment, fantastic functional training room, and number of machines, I chose to spend my gymtime here now.

They provide an immaculate fitness experience that you don’t want to miss out on. Their staff are the most amazing people that you’ll ever meet at any gym. There’s so many perks included in the memberships at no extra cost such as childcare, complimentary classes, saunas, 24 hour access & much more. From my experience, the Athletica Health & Fitness franchise is the best I’ve seen by far!

AThletica Sunrise is an awesome family gym with great instructors. I tried the Z four - Ce Team class for the first time last week and I loved it. Great energy, you should try it.
