This location feels like family. The instructors are helpful and encouraging. The staff works with you if you communicate ahead of time. I just got off the phone with Amber at the sunrise location and immediately had to share my experience. I was honest about something personal, she was able to replenish my credits that expired and offer a moment of genuine kindness. These days, customer service isn’t what it use to be so those rare moments of kindness is what measures my gratitude/loyalty to companies. If you want to be respected and get a good workout in. THIS is the location.

Very disappointed with their service and communication. I been going to this studio in Sunrise for more than a year and a half, for personal reasons I cancel my membership for two months and then when I went to purchase my membership again I notice that the price for the same 8 pack classes I use to have was almost 45% more expensive than how it use to cost.Because I consider Pilates a good exercise I got it anyways also asking for the unlimited plan. They told me that I could upgrade my membership anytime and to just let them know, thinking that I was going to pay just for the difference, but when I requested the upgrade they try to charge me the full amount again for the same month, start again without finishing my monthly plan or upgraded for the next period. I feel inconsiderate, lied and disappointed with their service and communication and definitely I DON’T RECOMMEND IT. If I keep going to this studio is only because is convenient to me for the location but their customer service leaves much to be desired ..Update August 29, 2023:The studio contact me and helped me to update my membership. I want to put on record that they assist me and explain me how the procedure should be for upgrades. They mentioned that to do a membership upgrade you must have at least 1 remaining credit for them to considered as an upgrade, if you used all your credits before request the upgrade the company consider it as a new period even if your monthly membership hasn’t ended. It was a lack of communication but at the end the managers contact me and support my case. I have to admit we both have a misunderstanding but at the end I receive the correct info for the future and will definitely continue with my membership because the teachers and classes are really good.

I Love this Place! the teachers are very proffesional, the staff is so friendly, besides the reformers they've got all the perks, their workouts vary, thus working the whole body during the week. It might seem a little pricy but it's totally worth it! I simply LOVE my Pilates Studio

I had been a member a year ago and absolutely loved this studio and all the instructors. I had to leave due to some personal life circumstances. A little less than year later all the prices have gone up $100+ per package. It’s almost like you have to sign up for unlimited only because the other package prices are so close together it doesn’t make sense to do anything else. I wanted to rejoin again with my mom, but I can’t get over paying over $120 more this year for the same package I had a year ago it’s unfortunate.

Similar to other reviews, if you can get into a class I’m sure it’s delightful, but the classes are constantly full and the solution is to get on a waiting list. They make it extremely difficult to cancel that it almost feels like a scam. I tried to cancel the day after I signed up and was told I needed to give a months notice. The reason I wanted to cancel was lack of available classes. I would not recommend purchasing any of their packages, you’d be better off just buying a single class when you see there’s time available. It’s been a nightmare trying to cancel and get a refund. I paid $130+ dollars and wasn’t able to get into a single class! Please don’t fall for the free introductory class!

Signed up for a 6:30 intro class and received two reminder texts stating the class was at 6:30. I rushed to the studio to find that the class is actually at 7… the website and reminder texts were wrong. receptionist explained a $99 enrollment fee, $35 drop-in class, and a “4 pack” of classes (must be used within a month) is $109. Wasted my time driving over and WAY too expensive, and what the heck is the enrollment fee for? Total rip off and will be attending Pilates classes elsewhere.

I enjoy every single class at this place.
