This LA Fitness is great. By far the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Doesn’t matter who is sitting at the front desk when you walk in, everyone is friendly. The staff and trainers make you feel like family and are always there to help. It’s clean, never too over crowded (there are busier times just like anywhere else) and decent equipment available for the size of the gym. I can’t speak for any of the other LA locations because I have no need or want to use them but whoever is managing or running this location has got a good thing going. If you’re like how I was and just starting from scratch or worried about not knowing what to do except jumping on a treadmill, I HIGHLY recommend setting yourself up with a trainer. Youssef, Art or Lawrence are amazing and will know doubt get you where you want to be and make you feel great about stepping through those doors every single time.

Currently they have the best manager they've ever had. Marlene is a do it now fix it now person. If you have a question or a problem see her. The pool is the proper temperature the jacuzzis good and hot the weights are clean the machines are free and easy great place my favorite gym ever

I have been a member of La Fitness for a long time now, I’ve been to several gyms and I have to say that the Customer Experience has improved over the years. In this case I would like to highlight my experience at this specific location, from the maintenance crew to the front desk are constantly saying hi to members and interacting with them, today, what triggered me writing this review was Wilson in the front desk, his way of welcoming members to the gym it goes above and beyond from what I have experience in other locations including competitor gyms, very polite and genuine. Awesome job guys! Keep it up! I’m sure the staff it’s also a reflection of a great manager...

I usually go around 7pm. It's not crowded, but the dumbbells are never in the right place and you have to look for them on the floor. It seems that users are too lazy to put them back and nobody from the gym check that often. A bit disorganized. Machines are not up to date, but they are ok. I'm coming from youfit and I expected more from the brand.

The gym is great and I love the classes it offers. What isn't great is the staff. The assistant manager was very rude to my sister and I. She wouldn't grant my sister a guest pass which was absolutely ridiculous and non sympathetic after we had driven an hour to come to the gym. It's hard enough to work up the motivation to work out but having someone be rude to your face and tell you that your sister has to leave is just sad. Hopefully LA Fitness can replace their staff with kinder people.

Love this gym, one of the nicest staff of all LA fitness gyms in Broward. However there are some drawbacks: Dumbbells are scattered and lots of inconsiderate, loud mouth, bro-life characters upstairs. Bathroom could be cleaner. However workout area is clean and juice bar is awesome!

I didn't want to leave 24 hour fitness but every time they opened a new club they wanted more money to be able to go there. I find that to be ridiculous! I was never a fan of LA Fitness but my views have changed. The equipment is nice and up to date. The basketball court is too small but that's every LA Fitness. The thing that bothers me most is that the front desk staff for the most part are not very pleasant. I work with the public and I know that you should always greet the customer. It feels like I am bothering them because they have to put their phone down. Other than that it's a nice gym and worth the $30 a month.

Overall the place is pretty well maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to take notes if something is out of order. Sometimes the pool could use a little attention, but that's to be expected. The members are all pretty considerate and ask if you're using a particular piece of equipment or help out with a spot if you're by yourself. They lose a star with me for two reasons: The members are really bad about racking their weights when they're done with them. The gym staff should do a better job of racking weights that are clearly not in use in between personal training appointments. Putting up a little sign doesn't help because this is a constant problem on the second floor of the gym and there are weights EVERYWHERE. The other reason is because of the machine maintenance, particularly the treadmills, bikes, stair climbers and ellipticals. There are usually multiple machines out of service and sometimes the machines are left for a couple of weeks. Life Fitness buys back broken machines (relatively quickly) but they have to be notified. They should probably hire a maintenance person to maintain the machines and stay on top of the service orders/schedules. Just a thought. This gym earns huge bonus points for having the supplement companies come in and demo products for the members.
