Walked in at 800pm today 10/20/23 and inquired about a guest pass. The front service clerk seemed upset and was rushing me. I was not offered a tour of the gym. Horrible customer service all around!

I have worked at over 6 different locations over the years and have visited over 80 clubs across the country! This is hands down one of the best LA Fitness locations I have ever had the opportunity to work and work out at. The TEAM genuinely wants to help members reach their goals!

The customer service here is phenomenal. Galine is an excellent manager and Zach is also very welcoming. Let's just say I walked into Flamingo LA & it was very unpleasant so Sunrise is definitely my home base .
