I guess I should have read the reviews before attempting to visit the OTF Weston studio for a free class and join. Do not bother going to OTF Weston, there is no training for the staff that answers the phone nor do they know what they are talking about. I tried to do the free class prior to joining and was told I was not ELIGIBLE for a free class because I was not a resident of Weston....hmmm. Interesting as you can just sign up for the free class on line. Instead I was told by clueless "Katie" I would be charged $28 for the "free class" since I was not eligible.I suggest to skip that studio and go to OTF Sunrise, Maria at the front desk was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the memberships and of course offered me the free class... FREE OF CHARGE. Look at that, and I do not reside in Sunrise either.I joined of course and was told I can attend any studio with my membership. Simple.... now that is customer service, OTF Weston certainly needs some training and hire grown ups to run the studio if they want to improve their reputation and memberships. Thankfully in South Florida there is no shortage of fitness facilities, training or classes.

I have been a member at OTF Weston since August 2020. Best decision for me!! Love the Coaches and Staff. Are there aspects I would like to change...of course! But they are a business, so even though I do not like late cancellation fees, I do understand and accept the rules as they were explained to me when I signed up.Class times are good, facilities need a little updating, but always clean!!Thank you to the entire team at OTF Weston for being awesome everyday!!

Horrible customer service, it seems to cancel a membership is the most frustrating and difficult thing to do with OT. I had a car accident a couple months ago, so I went to OT to cancel my membership. I was advice by front desk to froze my membership instead of cancel it. The frozen period is 3 months, so I asked if I needed to call back at the end of the 3 months, and they told me there was no need and that my membership will automatically cancel. I received an email two days ago from OT stating my membership will unfroze and that I will be charged for the next month.I called OT front desk to find some help, but instead I found a very rude person on the other side of the line, not letting me speak, not willing to listen. My first language is not English, and it is very frustrating trying to communicate with a person who lacks in customer service quality.I sent an email yesterday, not an answer so far. I’m not willing to paid for an extra month just because.

I have been SO happy about my decision to join OTF this year. The classes are challenging but doable and it really keeps me committed to exercise. Before I joined I really had no real cardio or exercise in my life and this has made me feel so much healthier! Highly recommend

The best 1 hour workout around! You’re always greeted with a smile! Very friendly staff, great and knowledgeable trainers that know exactly how to push you! I’m can’t get enough of the that burn so I go back almost every day! I highly recommend. Take a class with Jess, she’s the best!

I joined Orange Theory over a year ago, absolutely love it! All staff and coaches are so friendly and approachable! Adam, Kristi and Jess are my favorite coaches !! They motivate me and are always with a smile on their face and positive attitude ! I recommend this studio to everyone, no matter your fitness level!

Orange Theory Weston is awesome!!! The staff and coaches ❤️ (I love each of them) are increíble 😊 super friendly and attentive to each member needs. The whole gym is super cool it really changed my life for the best, the workouts are designed to get the best within you. The challenges are super fun, very clean equipments. I highly recommend it 😬
