I love that it is always something different and how the trainers are so supportive and caring about the well-being of the customer. Honestly, the way that Jill was making sure that I had a great first time experience is what really drove the decision to join OTF. Not only was she sweet and caring, but also making sure the exercises were being done correctly. Highly recommend.

I gave two stars for the Coaches and Receptionist that was helpful during my experiences. Unfortunately, I will never return to this location for my workout again due to the worst customer service experiences on two separate occasions that the Manager handled. I'm a corporate Manager myself so I understand the challenges they face daily. However,I do expect more from a Manager in customer service and she has no clue and made no effort/attempts. I pay triple the cost of the average gym for my membership so if I'm 11 minutes late not 13 like she tried to lie and say after the fact, then I should be able to get my workout. So what if I get less time, it's only less for me and my workout but some is better than none especially when the coach was like come in and I had to tell her I couldn't because of the Manager. I didn't even know there was a time limit...after the second bad experience with this manager shorty after that, I'm done. Coach Adam and Naomi are my favorite Coaches so I will miss their workouts for sure. I'm from California and they train the way I'm most familiar with that produces results with the total body workout that I enjoy. This location is the closest to my home but I will never return.

It's different each and every time. No need to think about what's next. The coaches do it all for you. All you have to do is BASE, PUSH, ALL OUT!!! Love it!!!!

Love this place! Always a challenging full body workout! I taught aerobics for 8 years and this is the best workout I have ever had!
