Bethany at the front desk gave a superb recommendation on what protein shake to make and even included some hidden tlc within the shake. Highly recommend this gym for its operational purposes aside from the excellent service they provide.

Retro fitness offers a countless amount of weight training machines, and an endless amount of free weights. Great place to get a real workout, love how they have two sides, love all the equipment they have, the people are nice amd everyone is focused straight to business. Oh and the serve shakes as well and they taste amazing! Love this place!

This isn't your ordinary retro fitness ,this place is a legit gym. It has everything you need and more. There's more than enough equipment and there's even a grass area to do some cardio and a boxing room with, heavy bags and speed bags.
